Qualification

Responsibilities

Counselling Prospective Students for various programs offered by the University Handle telephone, email, and Walk-in enquiries of prospective students, their parents, teachers and advisers independently and in a timely and professional manner. Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner. Contributing and supporting to arrange orientation programs, educational workshops and Open house for students Participate in all Admissions events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events. Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required Process expenses keep records of invoices, contracts and other communications Help the coordinator to monitor/propose digital marketing strategies
