Congress committee to meet on Tuesday to chalk out plan of agitations on national issues | India News


NEW DELHI: The Congressional committee for “sustained agitation on national affairs” headed by party leader Digvijay Singh will hold its first meeting on Tuesday.
Apart from Singh, the committee has nine members, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Manish chatrath, BK Hariprasad, Ripun Bora, Udit Raj, Ragini Nayak and Zuber khan.
The sources said that a plan will be prepared for the issues that will be highlighted in the coming days. You can also decide the framework for the agitations.
The party is also likely to identify issues that need to be addressed at the national and state level.
The sources said that the committee chairman would take the opinion of all members to plan the riots to “highlight the failures of the government” through the riots.
They said topics likely to be discussed include inflation, unemployment, newly created farm laws and Pegasus.
