Although I have been criticized a lot for my physique, I have taken it on the chin because people expect actors to see themselves with a certain body type. I understand that. They haven’t understood the struggle I’ve been through and it’s okay. I just have to prove it to myself and to the people who believe in me, ”he says.
Referring to his ongoing struggle to maintain a certain level of fitness, he says: “My condition makes it difficult for me to achieve quick results. The transformation that people can achieve in a month takes me two months to do. For a year, I have been concentrating on myself to achieve my current body type and I just want to be fitter and better. This trip has shown me that nothing is impossible. I just have to keep it up. Unfortunately, shame has become a part of our lives and I can only hope that we improve as a society. ”

Arjun explains: “The pressure to be relevant in the industry is immense and the negativity affects you. When my movies weren’t performing to the level I expected, the negativity just increased. The triggers that had caused my health problem in the first place returned, but I struggled to keep going and make each day count. When you are constantly engrossed in work, you don’t realize what slide you might be going through. You could be breaking down from the inside while putting on a brave face.
