Meanwhile, the police posted another notice outside Ashish Mishra’s residence, asking him to appear before the investigation team.
On Friday, UP Senior Deputy Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya reiterated that “the Lakhimpur incident is regrettable and the investigation is ongoing. The guilty will not be saved. We want to assure the people of the state that at no cost the guilty will be saved and that no charge or pressure will be of use to the accused. ”
