Nokia C01 Plus with Android Go Edition launched in India: Price, specs and more


NEW DELHI: Nokia C01 Plus has come to India. HMD Global, the company that owns the license to manufacture Nokia branded smartphones, has launched the company’s latest entry-level smartphone in the country. By expanding the Nokia C series, the company launched the Nokia C01 Plus smartphone in the country. The company claims that the smartphone is designed for users who want to upgrade from a feature phone to a smartphone. Nokia C01 Plus runs the Android Go edition and sports an HD + display. The affordable smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor and houses a 3,000 mAh removable battery.
Nokia C01 Plus: price and availability
Nokia C01 Plus comes with a price tag of Rs 5,999. Customers can purchase the smartphone in blue and purple color options. The smartphone is available online and offline in all leading stores.
Along with the smartphone, the company has also announced an exclusive offer from Jio. Under this offer, Reliance Jio customers can benefit from instant 10% price support and will have to pay just Rs 5,399 for the Nokia C01 Plus. Customers can take advantage of the offer at participating retail stores or through the MyJio app. In case of self-registration through the MyJio application, they can opt for the JioExclusive offer within 15 days after the activation of the device and the Price Support benefits would be passed directly to the customer’s bank account through UPI within 30 minutes after successful enrollment.
Apart from this, Reliance Jio subscribers will be eligible for benefits worth Rs 4,000 when reloading Rs 249.
Nokia C01 Plus Specifications
Nokia C01 Plus comes with a 5.45-inch HD + screen with 720×1440 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor paired with 2GB of RAM.
The smartphone offers 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB by adding a microSD card. Nokia C01 Plus runs the Android 11 Go Edition operating system and comes with dual SIM support.
The smartphone has a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for selfies. Nokia C01 Plus is backed by a 3,000 removable battery.
