She says, “I started this journey when I was getting into movies.” However, when he broke his first movie Qatil in 1988 and then went on to make movies like Tridev, Hatim Tai, Yodha, she couldn’t afford to spend much time on herself. She recalls: “In 2005, I was going through a profound phase, as my mother passed away that year. I was very attached to her and it affected me a lot. I entered a deep space. He just took me in. Especially when I realized that my mother, who was always by my side, is not around me now. ”The actress was very close to her mother who would accompany her on film sets.
She adds: “After his passing, I continued my practice. I kept doing meditation and pranayama. I also went for a run at my gym in Hyderabad. I realized that there is happiness within you. You heal internally. I started going out and meeting my friends. It was like a paradigm shift. You unlearn things and look at life in a beautiful way. “
