Shilpa Shetty’s Vegan Oatmeal Cookies are delicious and nutritious


For all foodies who are also die-hard Shilpa Shetty fans, every weekend is a delicious surprise as the actress continues to share innovative and easy recipes on her Instagram and YouTube account as part of a series called # SundayBinge.

Recently, together with her son Viaan, she baked vegan oatmeal cookies that also looked delicious and healthy. Check out his video:

In the video, right after the cookies are baked, your child can be seen making a delicious ice cream cookie sandwich and enjoying the sweet goodness of it.

In her post, Shilpa Shetty wrote: “#sundaybinge with It’s a Sunday. I made healthy vegan chocolate chip cookies today and filled them with vanilla ice cream. Delicious! The cookie ice cream sandwich was polished in less than a minute. Ps: Will post Thursday’s recipe Vegan oatmeal cookie without refined sugar or flour. ”

135 g oats

2 tablespoons of almond flour

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon of blueberries

1 tablespoon of raisins

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons flax seed powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 bananas

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil and with an ice cream scoop, place the dough at the same distance. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Your homemade vegan oatmeal cookies are ready.
