“A kind reminder for everyone to stay safe and wear a mask.”
Das failed to make the cut for the Tokyo Olympics after missing the 200-meter qualifying mark of 22.80 when he scored 23.21 in the Federation Cup in March this year.
The hamstring tear later also ruined his chances of Olympic qualification at Nationals.
Das had become the first Indian sprinter to win a world title when she triumphed in the 400-meter event of the U-20 World Championship in 2018, scoring 51.46.
