The latest addition to the list of innovative dosa recipes is Fire Dosa of Indore, which is circulating on social media. Take a look at the video:

The video was shared for the first time by the food blogger ‘Foodie Incarnate’ and in a short time it garnered more than 637 thousand visits and more than 50 thousand likes. According to the video, this unique Fire Dosa in Indore’s Dosa Craft is priced at Rs. 180 / – and what makes it a feast for the eyes is the dramatic effect of huge flames everywhere.

According to the video, first, the dosa dough is spread over the preheated tawa, and then the vendor adds spices, vegetables, cheese, corn, and sauces. You then cook the dosa over high heat with the help of a table fan, adding to the dramatic effect and making the preparation a feast for the eyes as it ignites the flame around the tawa. Lastly, garnish the dosa with cheese and serve it as muffins.

The preparation of this Fire Dosa is surely different and aesthetically attractive. But will it please the taste buds or not? It is a question that we want you to answer. If you are in Indore, give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comment section.
