Won’t oppose activities of any party other than BJP, says BKU | India News


BATHINDA: Two days after 32 farmers’ organizations held a meeting under the auspices of Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) and told various political parties to refrain from major political activities, such as campaigning, until elections are announced in Punjab, the largest agricultural body in the state, BKU (Ekta Ugrahan), expressed a divergent opinion on Sunday, saying they would not oppose the activities of any political party other than BJP, he says Neel kamal.
Talking to TOI, BKU Ugrahan boss Joginder Singh Ugrahan He said: “The protest against the three controversial farm laws is at a crucial moment. We are in a great fight against a powerful government. At such a time, we cannot afford to lose the support of those who are currently enemies of the BJP … The traditional parties have their cadres in every village in Punjab. They are currently supporting us, but by opposing them, we can lose their support and also prepare the ground for confrontation in the villages. This will not favor the fight ”.
